Spain’s most famous gastronomic dish known worldwide is most likely paella. If you have never tried it you are missing out on a religious experience. Originally from Valencia, but eaten in the whole country with variations on the ingredients, the paella is a dish that brings people together and it is meant to be shared. Here are our four favourite places in town when we crave paella.
Plaça del Sol, 13 Gràcia
Located in a popular square in the middle of Gracia neighborhood for classic rice dishes that won’t come and go with time. One of their specialties is Arroz a la milanesa with ingredients from the mountain.
Argenteria, 37 Born-Ribera
A classic place from Barcelona perfect for special occasions, located in hip neighborhood Born. Everyday they have a different rice as a specialty. If it is your first time there have the Paella Parellada, trust us.
Cera, 49 El Raval
